The Nebraska Turf Products fertilizer plant is located in Valley, NE and centrally located in the Midwest. Our plant custom blends fertilizer products for the turf & ornamental market and packages urea for the ethanol industry. Our state-of-the-art equipment delivers a clean and dust free product which our customers do appreciate. OUR PLANT
Our plant has 1700 ton dry capacity, a RANCO weight declining computer controlled blending system, a Kason 100 TPH stainless steel screener, and a 33 ton stainless steel Meridian storage bin for bagging. The RANCO system is state-of-the-art and produces accurate quality product.
WAREHOUSE STORAGE
Our plant has 19,000 sq.ft of dry warehouse storage. We can store your project in our warehouse until it’s ready to ship out.
SHIPPING
We can set up shipping by either vans or flatbeds.

PACKAGING
We currently package products in 50lb poly bags, 500lb bulk saks, 1000lb bulk saks and 2000lb bulk saks. Call us to discuss your packing project. We assist with inventory control and on-time delivery to many locations throughout the Midwest.
BULK DELIVERY
Our six ton capacity stainless steel fertilizer trailer saves our customer time and money. The trailer is filled with custom blended product at our plant, then we tow and leave it at our customer’s location for unloading. Our customer uses their fertilizer spreader usually mounted on a tractor. They back up to the trailer, run the auger, and fill their spreader. It is a one man operation, saving time and labor. The trailer has a plastic auger so the integrity of the fertilizer is not harmed. Call us today to schedule the use of our bulk fertilizer trailer at your location.
